This determined and committed group of boys had another successful fall season. They played in three tournaments, had a few local friendlies, and participated in MYSA League play. In their final tournament of the season, they took second place behind a very talented Premier team and proudly held them to only 2 goals. They have worked hard to refine their individual technical skills, team play, and mental toughness while continuing to have fun and love the game.
Many of the boys have been playing all winter and are looking forward to another great spring season. This ambitious group of boys are excited to challenge themselves by stepping up and competing at the Premier level.
2009 FC Missoula Boys Youth Soccer Team gets together for a team picture
The 2009/2010 FC Boys team wrapped up another successful spring season. They competed throughout April and May in the Montana State Spring League and traveled to tournaments in Coeur d Alene and Kalispell. This dedicated group of 11, 12, and 13 year olds practiced and conditioned three days a week, showing improvements throughout the season. The coaches focused on individual skills along with hard work, positivity, and teamwork on and off the field. They proudly capped off the spring with a second place finish in the gold bracket at the Montana Cup. After a break for the summer, the boys will be excited to continue to grow, improve, and have fun this upcoming fall.
